Refund Policy
Hive Drive offers flexible rental solutions with fairness in mind. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a 20% fee.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. For issues with vehicle condition, late refunds, or disputes, please contact customer support at support@hivedrive.com.au.
